Sales of Fallout games in Europe have grown rapidly, with Fallout 4 reclaiming the top spot. The latest solo game of the franchise was purchased 7500% more in 2015 than usual in a week. The GDC data include sales of digital games on all European markets and physical sales in key countries.

The growth is due to large discounts on Fallout franchise games on all platforms. Platforms and stores are making them to tie in with the Fallout series, which was successful on Amazon Prime.

  1. Fallout 4 (Bethesda)
  2. Helldivers 2 (Sony)
  3. EA Sports FC 24 (EA)
  4. Grand Theft Auto 5 (Rockstar)
  5. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (Activision Blizzard)
  6. Red Dead Redemption 2 (Rockstar)
  7. Hogwarts Legacy (Warner Bros)
  8. Fallout 76 (Bethesda)
  9. Fallout: New Vegas (Bethesda)
  10. Fallout 3 (Bethesda)

Most of the Fallout 4 sales this week were on PC - 69% of all, the rest came on PlayStation and Xbox. It is worth noting that the game is available for free to Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers (these data are not included in this statistics). The game is also available on the Amazon Luna cloud service.

Fallout 76 is in 8th place in sales, with 85% of purchases on PC (again, the game is available on Game Pass and PS Plus). Fallout: New Vegas is in 9th place, and Fallout 3 is in 10th place. Further down in the charts, the Fallout Classic Collection has risen to 43rd place, Fallout 2 is in 57th place, and the first Fallout is in 70th place. Considering that the Fallout series remains popular this week, it is expected that the European top will not change drastically.
