According to his own words, the initial investment in the project amounted to approximately $50,000.

In NomerApp, you can create a "profile" for your vehicle by specifying the number, or leave a review about the "behavior" of the car and the driving style of its owner in the comments on the existing page, the company said.

Numbers can be liked, disliked, and added to favorites. Why someone would "follow" someone else's number is not specified.

NomerApp also has a "traffic jam chat" - it is automatically created when at least three drivers with accounts in the service are nearby. In the chat, you can discuss the situation on the road.

The company sees three main user scenarios. The first is that through the service you can "contact" a driver who has parked in someone else's place. It is not possible to "track down" the owner through NomerApp, so those who do not use the application will never know about the complaint. When such a method becomes effective is unclear.

The second scenario is checking the "honest history" of a car when buying second-hand. According to the project's CEO, Artem Vasekin, in the service you can "create a chain of facts about a vehicle." However, official data on incidents can be requested from the traffic police, the State Traffic Inspectorate, or on specialized platforms. What exactly makes the information in NomerApp "honest" is not mentioned.

The head of the startup also hopes that the application will be used for dating - "and romantic ones too."

The idea for the project came about through emotions. Six months ago, a car cut me off again. The first thing I wanted to do was write down everything I think about the driver. The question is where and what's the point of this. I wanted the driver, who remains incognito and feels unpunished, to get his dose of hate. Then I thought it would be cool to create a kind of social rating tied to the car number. If you park badly, cut off - be prepared to see reviews. Now instead of messages on the windshield, you can "explain" your neighbor's behavior in a social network.
